COVID-19 Chronicles, Part 19 and the last (New Normal)

Now that the children are back in school in-person and full-time, and sports have started up again, and the eligible Bankheads have been vaccinated, we feel, not exactly that pandemic is completely over, but it's kinda over for us. We're dealing with the new normal of taking COVID tests all the time and wearing masks and resuming most of our activities.

Miles played his first season of baseball, removing his mask only to eat the treat at the end.

Although James chose to finish his freshman year in remote learning even after he had the option to return to in-person school, he joined the (in-person) wrestling team, which required COVID tests twice a week.

We had several "first" days of school, from remote, to hybrid, to in-person, and it was different for each kid.
