Amiable Amos

Amos was so excited about joining Cub Scouts this year, probably because he's spent the last three years watching his mother plan top-notch Cub Scout activities. Unfortunately, his first Pinewood Derby car was created in haste and without much parental scaffolding, which was apparent in the race results. Fortunately, Amos may be the most resilient and cheerful of the Bankhead children, and he had a good time anyway. Also fortunately, he did much better in the bike rodeo the following month.
