Trekking in Nepal with Pals 2018

When Amy's fabulous friend Afton sent an email suggesting a ladies' trek through Nepal, Amy's reaction was, "That sounds fun, but there's no way I can manage the logistics of leaving the fam for that long." Paul, however, read the email and said, "You have to go. I'll figure out logistics. Go!"

So off she went, with nine amazing women, on a life-changing journey through the Himalaya. Highlights: raw, rugged mountains and the magic of female connection. And a helicopter ride to Everest Base Camp.
