Tuolumne Meadows

As a last hurrah before Paul starts school, Amy and Paul took their fourth camping trip to Yosemite, this time visiting Tuolumne Meadows, a section of the park we hadn't seen before. We arrived to our campsite in time to take a quick hike to Elizabeth Lake for a lovely sunset. Despite the chilly weather, James managed to wade into the lake up to his knees before either of his parents could catch him. When Amy pulled him out of the water and inspected his soggy britches, she discovered that during James's most recent diaper change, Paul had somehow forgotten to put on a new diaper, a small but important step in the diaper-changing process. Then again, we are trying to teach our children about nature--what could be more natural?

  • Uh, is Paul having difficulty keeping business school off his mind? On a side note, I kind of yearn for the good ol' days when little boys ran around in nothing but long shirts so that their business was easy and instantaneous to clean up (you know, not start wearing britches until they're 5 or so)
