Sadie Dawn Makes Her Appearance
A few quotes from the last 24 hours:
"Now I feel much better about driving a minivan." (Paul)
"If you ever decide to have another baby, try to get to the hospital with more than 5 minutes to spare." (Nurse Carol)
"The nurse will put the baby back in mom's tummy." (James)
"Squeak, squeak." (Sadie)

YEAH, A GIRL!!! How exciting for all. Sounds like Greg and Paul are both need to sign up for Childbirth at home classes for the next babies. Ruthie's Dr. was barely in the room to catch her. Yeah for second births!!!
Congrats and let us know how we can help!!

Congratulations! I'm glad you got to the hospital in time. For your sake, I hope the doctor doesn't put Sadie back inside your tummy. Labor on its own can be hard enough.

Nice try, we aren't fools. Let us know when you really have the baby. We are excited for you guys. I would love to know how you doctored that photo.

What a fun little set you've now. And how nice that the journey can begin.

I can't believe it! 5 minutes!??? I think you should've tried for less time. Go for a record. That's crazy. Why don't you have more control over that child? You're going to have your hands full if you can't even discipline her now.
Congrats you guys!!!!! Hope I get to see her some day.

Congrats on the baby girl! How exciting! The picture of you holding her looks like you never were pregnant, and it sounds like the delivery was quick and easy. I can only hope to be as lucky as you. :)

I just have to say, I looked at the pictures again, and I thought, "Mensch, that baby was just inside of her? Owww. That is huge."

One more thing: what has Amy said in the last 24 hours?
"Next time I'll just have it at home"?
"I hope my middle-name namesake is as cool as I am"?
"Next time we'll have to name the kid after Aunt Michelle"?
By Michelle Glauser, at 3:59 AM
Congrats! Can't believe the fast labor, and James looks so grown up! We are of course thrilled for you guys, and wish we could interact more than virtually with your crew. We'll be thinking of you cruising around with two. Way to go!

I was waiting to make sure it was a real announcement, but now that there hasn't been any retraction printed several days after April 1, I'd like to add my congratulations to the group. She is beautiful!
