Stealth Teeth

Two weeks ago, Paul was playing with James after work. Suddenly he yelled, "Ouch! Amy, why didn't you tell me James has teeth? He just bit me." You'd think that since Amy and James spend just about every waking minute together, Amy would have noticed James's newly erupted teeth. You might also think that a teething baby might show some signs of, say, irritability or discomfort. Not so. Perhaps James, realizing that it's not quite fair Amy gets to be the exclusive witness for most of his firsts, kept his teeth hidden so Paul could be the lucky parent to discover this milestone. Or maybe Paul's rough-housing finally inspired James to use his new chompers. Whatever the case, if you look closely at this photo, you can see two tiny teeth adorning the lower half of James's smile.
